If for some reason your registration fails after payment has been we will refund you the amount
Eligibility for Refunds
To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions must be met:

- Proof of payment, such as screenshot, or any other proof of an Payment confirmation or receipt, must be provided.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please follow these steps:

- Provide your Registration_ID, or transaction_ID and a brief explanation for the reason for the refund request.
- Once we have received and processed the returned product or canceled service, your refund will be processed within [7-10 business days].
